Note: No parking will be available on the shoulder of Salmonier Line.  No parking signs will be in place.  Violators will be towed.

Where is SquidFest?

SquidFest is hosted by The Town of Holyrood. As the festival showcases events all over town here are some other locations we may have events:

  • Holy Cross Park, Holyrood Access Road
  • George Cove Mountain, Salmonier Line
  • The Marine Institute, North Side Road
  • The Royal Canadian Legion, 648 Conception Bay Highway
  • Star of the Sea, 396 Conception Bay Highway
What are festival policies?
Do you allow re-entry?

No, once you exit the festival grounds there will be no re-entry.

What are SquidFest dates this year?

July 16-20, 2025

Are festival grounds accessible?

Due to the Festival Grounds enhancement project, many of our events will relocate to the Holyrood Softball Field (50 Salmonier Line).  We will have a dedicated parking area for those with wheelchair parking permits.  Accessible portable toilets will also be available on site.

Is there food to purchase?

Yes! We will have 3-4 food vendors on site. Please check back closer to the event and we’ll have our food vendors listed. Keep in mind many food vendors take cash only.
